UNLOCK HUAWEI E3531 DONGLE

This is the simple method to unlock Huawei E3531 dongle (Dialog /Mobitel/ Airtel/ Hutch or any ISP).

Note: Before starting to unlock your huawei dongle, please check its unlock status using DC Unlocker Client.

Steps

1. Plug your data card into your PC and install the latest Huawei Mobile Partner successfully. (Don't install Mobile Partner Software comes with your modem (If yo have already installed, please uninstall).

You can download latest Mobile Partner v.23.015.11.01.983 (HUAWEI Stick UTPS-V200R003B015D11SP01C983 (for win10) through below link.

2. Download the Huawei Data Card Unlock Tool Version 1.0.0.7 using following Link. (Download Size 75.8 Kb) and run. if you have successfully install the huawei mobile partner drivers, IMEI number of your modem should be appeared in its interface.

3. Then generate the Huawei New Algorithm V201 Unlock Code visiting following web page or please comment with your IMEI number.

Note: Before followup the step 05, please make sure that your Huawei Mobile Partner is already closed.

4. Enter the v201 unlock code into Huawei Data Card Unlock Tool and click OK.

5. If you followup all steps correctly, message will be appeared "Unlocked successfully"

Note: Please run again the DC Unlocker Client to verify unlock status of your dongle.
